Jason spent 4 years assisting at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) pre-draft workouts and was a coach on the floor with the following players: Donovan Mitchell, Devin Booker, Karl-Anthony Towns, D'Angelo Russell, John Collins, Luke Kennard, and many others.
Jason currently trains former University of San Francisco and current female professional player, Rachel Howard, in the offseason. He also works with current college players every offseason.
Every youth player to play for a program led by Jason since 2011 has made their high school team.
